Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa Rancho Mirage, Rancho Mirage

Our stay at the resort was enjoyable, with a beautiful environment and fun activities for kids, especially in Splashtopia. While the rooms were spacious and clean, we encountered some issues with smoking from neighboring balconies and service that could be improved, particularly regarding dietary allergies. Additionally, the dining experience had its ups and downs, with some confusion over orders.

The resort offers a fantastic experience, especially for families, thanks to the fun amenities like the lazy river and splash pad. While the food was generally amazing and the staff friendly, there were some issues with room cleanliness and service at the poolside. Overall, great value for a family vacation but room maintenance could use some attention.
